Storytelling matters, whether you hope to make clear the history behind a complicated legal battle or you decide to toast a conference of marine biologists by confessing that your daughter would rather have a mermaid for a mother. In a world of attention span deficits and shouting matches, a good storyteller can grab an audience's attention.
Within these pages we provide an overview of story principles, examples of writing and new media exercises, and excerpts from our upcoming book, This Sentence is a Joke.
Catherine is also an an award winning photographer who enjoyed assignments for runway shoots during New York’s semi-annual fashion week.
